Section 1

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the viptaka platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users in Bangladesh. viptaka reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service.

Accessing the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Registration by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.
Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of their respective country.

Section 2

Account Creation & Security Policy

To open an account with viptaka, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Identity Verification: viptaka may request a national ID, passport, or other documents at any time. Failure to provide accurate information will result in account suspension.
Password Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
Unauthorized Access: If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Third-Party Use: Managing an account on behalf of another person or sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
Information Update: You are responsible for keeping your contact information up to date at all times.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

All users are required to abide by the following rules while using the viptaka platform. Violations may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

Prohibited Activities

Attempting to commit fraud, hacking, or system manipulation on any part of the platform.
Using bots, automated software, or artificial means to play games or place bets.
Using the platform for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
Collecting or using another user's personal information.
Spreading false or misleading information about viptaka.

General User Responsibilities

Making your own financial decisions and setting your own betting limits.
Complying with applicable local laws and fulfilling any tax or other legal obligations.
Ensuring the security of your own internet connection and devices.

Section 4

Payment, Transaction & Account Policy

Viptaka processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Defined limits and rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
Deposits made through third parties or from unidentified sources are strictly prohibited.
Deposits may take some time to process after submission. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team.

Withdrawal Policy

Identity verification is mandatory to process withdrawals.
Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
In the event of suspicious transactions, viptaka may place a hold on withdrawals until the investigation is complete.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Accounts may be temporarily or permanently suspended in cases of terms violations, fraud, or suspicious activity.
Users will be notified to the extent reasonably possible before an account is closed.
Any valid balance will be returned after verification.

Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

Viptaka strives to deliver the highest quality of service through its platform. However, viptaka accepts no liability for the following:

Losses resulting from internet disruptions, server issues, or technical faults.
Financial losses arising from the user's own negligence or caused by third parties.
Any promises made outside of officially approved promotional offers or bonuses.
Losses from betting or gaming are entirely at the user's own risk.

Intellectual Property

All content on the viptaka platform — including logos, graphics, software, text, designs, and databases — is the exclusive intellectual property of viptaka. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any such material without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Links & Services

Our platform may contain references to third-party content or services. viptaka is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third parties. Users engage with such services at their own discretion.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Changes to Terms

Viptaka reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any updates will be published on the platform. Users are advised to check this page regularly. Continued use of the platform following any such changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims shall be resolved before a competent court in Bangladesh. Users are expected to first attempt resolution through our support team.

Severability of Terms

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining terms shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by viptaka to enforce any right shall not be deemed a waiver of that right in the future.
